Çatı Üstü PV Elektrik Üretim Potansiyelinin Belirlenmesi: Şanlıurfa Örneği
The average daily solar radiation value of Şanlıurfa throughout the year is about 5.0 kWh/m2 . In order to evaluate this potential, the annual energy generation values of rooftop photovoltaic panels were calculated. For this analysis, Harran University Şanlıurfa Technical Sciences Vocational School buildings were selected. Three different PV panel Technologies are used for the calculations. These are mono-Si, p-Si and CdTe. In addiation, monthly average PV efficiencies and panel surface tempeartures were calculated. As a result of the study, it was observed that the maximum electrical energy generation can be obtained by mono-Si panels among the examined PV panels. The maximum electrical energy that mono-Si panel generates, is approximately 345 kWh per unit area. Annual electrical energy generation with p-Si and CdTe PV panels was found to be approximately 311 kW/m2 and 234 kWh/m2 , respectively.
